Bal
Swan Children's Center Anti-Discrimination Policy
Bal Swan Children's Center
believes that equal opportunity is important for the continuous success
of the organization and strives to comply with applicable local, state,
and federal laws which preclude discrimination because of race, disability,
color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national
origin, ancestry, citizenship, military status, or any other protected
classification. This applies to all activities of Bal Swan Children's
Center, including but not limited to employment, selection of volunteers,
purchasing, and selecting vendors or consultants.
Bal Swan
Children's Center defines "negative discrimination" to include
(but not necessarily be limited to) denial of services, employment,
or volunteer opportunities to any class of individuals in a manner
that negatively restricts opportunities to that class of individuals.
